Claim Assignment

We'll contact policyholder within 1 hour to schedule a time for pack-out.

Pack-Out

We'll be at policyholder's residency within 3 to 4 hours unless policyholder prefers to meet us at later time. We'll pack and create manifest for each room so that they are returned back to their original location

Emergency Clothing

We'll deliver about one weeks worth of clothing back to customer next day

Estimate Invoice

We'll create detail list of items with estimation to complete the job within 2 days. The final invoice will not exceed this estimation. Rather the final invoice might be lower than estimation if there are items that cannot be restored. We DO NOT CHARGE non-restorable items.

Final Delivery

We'll usually complete any job within 2 weeks and deliver them back to customer's residency. If the job needs to be completed earlier or stored at our facility longer, that can be accomodated.

Customer Call Back

We'll call back the customer after 2 days to make sure that everything was done to their satisfactory. We'll make sure that the customer is completely satisfied which is good for all parties
